The inaugural academic defense of InCLA took place on February 5th, 2024 at the school premises. Fr JudeMary Amgbeye, the research student and the first to graduate in the Licentiate program was commended for his scholarly input in the research thesis titled Reading Matthew 14:3-12 in the light of prophetic dimension of Consecrated Life in Africa. The defense panel comprised revered theologians and bible scholars including the esteemed dean of the Institute Rev. Fr. Dr Gregory Ezeokeke, CMF and the research supervisor Sr. Dr Gesila Uzukwu, DMMM. along with Fr Joel Nkongolo, CMF as the second reader. The event was both historic and inspirational for us as an institute and we are grateful to God for bringing us to this height of achievement.
