InCLA Graduates Her First Licentiate/Masters Student

The inaugural academic defense of InCLA took place on February 5th, 2024 at the school premises. THE 6TH ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL THEOLOGICAL CONFERENCE OF InCLA

The 6th International Theological Conference of the Institute of Consecrated Life in Africa had a grand opening ceremony attended by esteemed guests, including Cardinal Peter Ebere Okpaleke, the Catholic Bishop of Ekwulobia Diocese, Bishop Hilary Dachelem, the Catholic Bishop of Bauchi Diocese, CMF, Bishop Donatus Ogun, OSA and other priests, and religious leaders from various congregations. FIFTH GOVERNING BOARD MEETING

The fifth Governing Board Meeting of the Institute, InCLA, which took place on the 13th of February 2023, had in attendance: the Board President, Fr Jude Thaddeus Langeh; the Institute Director, Fr Peter Okonkwo; the Dean of the Institute, Fr Gregory Ezeokeke; the delegates of ACLA and other members of the Board. THE FIRST ACADEMIC EXCURSION OF THE INSTITUTE OF CONSECRATED LIFE IN AFRICA - InCLA.

Our students in Basic Theology were at the National Ecumenical Centre, Central Area, Abuja yesterday, 16th February 2023, for an academic excursion as a practical aspect of their Ecumenism And Interreligious Dialogue coursework - an attempt of the institute to provide a more balanced learning experience for their students. FATHER FOUNDERS DAY

The InCLA Community joins Claretians Worldwide to mark The Father Founders Day - ST ANTHONY MARY CLARET, Archbishop of Cuba, and founder of the Congregation of the Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Born on December 23rd, 1807, and died on October 24th, 1870. With hands lifted in thanksgiving to God for the gift of Anthony Mary Claret to the church, the community offered prayers to God for our needs and the needs of others through the intercession of Anthony Claret.
